Spacious and Luxurious Bathroom renovation

An outdated bathroom built in the mid 1990's was reimagined to offer "Aging in Place" options for this Forever Home!  The soaking tub was removed  to make lots of room for a new large Curbless-entry Shower.  A separate Water Closet creates an alcoved area for a custom Double Vanity.  Soft lighting, including a chandelier, sconces and recessed lights, as well as toe kick "Night Lights" are all dimmable.  Textured Herringbone Patterned wood-ceramic tile adds the look of warmth plus non-slip surface. Custom built-in Storage Armoire and Make Up Vanity round out all the needed function.

Haddonfield Dining Room

A Traditional Home was in need of many updates for a young couple and their three children.  Wainscot below with painted Grass Cloth Wallpaper (Schumacher, Celery Kemble Feather Bloom)  on the upper walls gave the Dining Room a youthful edge.  Minimalist Modern Furniture was installed from Restoration Hardware (RH) and the light fixtures became focal points.: A wool rug added softness and noise control.  The Foyer is about Form and Function.  Galbraith & Paul Wallpaper and an oval mirror catch your attention as soon as you come through the door.  A Bench and Cubbies keep the narrow space tidy and purposeful.

Custom Furniture and window treatments throughout.  Custom area rugs, wallpaper in various rooms, including Schumacher printed grasscloth in Entry Hall.  Brass decorative light fixtures and recessed lighting set into coffered ceiling. Luxury appliances and upgraded kitchen cabinetry.  Exotic wood flooring.

Demo to studs. Upgraded wood burning fireplace with new stone work.  Added Anderson Factory-style casement window, custom mantel and ceiling beams, heated tile floor, custom millwork and shelving from salvaged pine.

Center City, Philadelphia - Whole Home Renovation

Complete 3 floor town home renovation from studs out. Added second floor Living Room where clear story existed.  Added ceiling beams to Dining Room and 3rd floor Master Suite Bedroom.  Completed Kitchen and 2 full Bathrooms renovated. Wallpaper installed in 2 guest Bedrooms.  Fireplaces upgraded on 3 floors.  Ledger stone front installed on Master Bedroom fireplace.  Third floor terrace and front patio included.  Upgraded HVAC and furnace.  All new recessed and decorative lighting.  Custom bench made Dining Room furniture.
